Sleeve wrapper bundler machines

DM Pack's ARES sleeve-wrapping bundler machines are robust, solid, accessible and ideal for packaging single or multipack products, such as bottles, boxes, cans and much more. The shrink wrappers use two reels of flat film that are sealed crosswise to obtain a shrink-wrapped bag around the product. The bag can be left open at the sides (“BULL EYES”), completely closed or sealed, thanks to the double side sealers (4-seal machine, “GS2B” system).

General characteristics

The range of sleeve-wrapping bundlers can be automatic, semi-automatic, in-line, 90° or with an integrated tunnel. They are useful for packaging multi-pack products (such as bottles, cans and pet food boxes), multipacks of pillow-bottom bags (e.g. pasta, salt, rice, flour etc.), or medium-large individual products (such as furniture, radiators, ladders and various kinds of tools). They can be equipped, as required, with diverters, cardboard loaders or stackers. ARES sleeve-wrapping bundlers are available in various sizes, with or without a sealing bar (sleeve-wrapping bundler with film launch).

Specific characteristics

DM Pack's ARES sleeve-wrapping bundlers are characterised by the two-reel flat film packer and are available in different versions for products 700 to 3000 mm in width and up to 600 mm in height. Also available in the COMBO version with a tunnel built into the machine’s body to reduce space requirements and consumption. They can work with various types of polythene: different thicknesses, neutral or printed. The version with a 'GS2B' system makes it possible to obtain a closed, 4-sided sealed package, thanks to the side sealers (wheels or bars), which can be adjusted to suit the product.
