Bundler machine

The DM Pack ARGON bagging machine is ideal for packaging single or multipack products, such as kitchen roll, tray multipacks, products exiting tray-forming machines, rockwool panels and more. Thanks to the 'tie' system, the flat film reel fully wraps the product by sealing and closing the two edges at the top. The motorised sealing bar seals and cuts the front and back. The ARGON bundler bagging machine can be operated via touchscreen, allowing any operator to instantly and easily change the format (per recipe).

General characteristics
DM Pack's ARGON bundlers can be equipped with multiple channel diverters, stackers, label applicators, and additional motorised infeed and outfeed conveyor belts, as required. The ARGON bundlers can be used to package multipack or single medium to large-sized products which don’t necessarily need to be shrink-wrapped.
Specific characteristics
DM Pack's ARGON bundler can be requested as an automatic in-line or semi-automatic model; both use one reel of flat or single-fold film and come with the option of adding a splicer. It has a made-to-measure multipack loading and creation system which adapts to different types of products. The maximum bag width is 3000 mm, with a height of up to 600 mm. The maximum production speed is 25 packs per minute.
