Automated robotic palletiser

Our robotic palletising systems revolve around the TRON ROBOT, an ABB robot (COMAU or FANUC as an alternative), which, together with the other stations that make up the palletising island, offers different solutions for your production line. Depending on the type of product being palletised, dedicated placing heads are available to ensure precise and accurate handling. The palletising island can be configured with various stations, including motorised roller conveyors for loading and unloading/accumulating pallets, an interlayer storage area, an automated pallet storage area, an automatic wrapping with a top cover and pre-stretch or rotary table, 90° transfer, layer grouping and preparation systems, and belts that connect to the upstream line.

The TRON ROBOT robotic palletiser can work with pallets on the ground or with pallets on motorised roller conveyors. It can handle all types of pallets. The movement speed can reach up to 14 movements per minute, enabling high productivity. Different versions are available, including the ground pallet configuration or the version that automatically loads and unloads pallets.

The picking head can be fitted with suction cups, grippers or a vacuum suction system, depending on the type of product being palletised. The palletiser is equipped with a SIEMENS or OMRON PLC to ensure reliable and precise control. The brushless motors ensure precise and efficient product positioning, according to the required palletising layout.
