Inclinable packaging machines

The ZED inclined or vertical semi-automatic packaging machine is a versatile and flexible solution for packaging products inside flat film pouches (VFFS). The continuous sealing system longitudinally seals the two edges of the pouch, while the cross bar seals and cuts the ends. The operation can be manual or automated, and the machine can be integrated with various automatic bag loading and filling systems.

General characteristics

Our inclinable packaging machines can work horizontally and vertically, depending on the product type. They are ideal for packaging products such as fruit and vegetables, bread, cakes, seafood, fresh produce, meat, and food or non-food products (i.e. small accessories or small profiles and single or multiple products). Tilts vertically from 0° to -90° and comes with a standard handle for quick adjustment.

Specific characteristics

The machine's forming tunnel can easily be adjusted and adapted to a wide range of sizes and products, thanks also to the wide packaging film reel: up to 680 mm in width. The machine can package products with different types of film, such as polypropylene, polythene, perforated and non-perforated film. All components that come into contact with the products are made of stainless steel and the same ISO-certified components are used for our standard packaging machines.
