FILM PACKAGING MACHINES

All our heat shrinking, sleeve wrapper bundler, flowpack and vertical inclinable machines are available in various dimensions, based on the size of the product, with various packaging speeds, according to the performance required, with various protection levels against external agents (IP) in the painted or washable (Stainless Steel) version. They can work with a vast range of film types, such as polyolefin,, POF, polyethylene (PE-LDPE and HDPE), biodegradable film such as PLA or MATER-B, polypropylene (OPP, BOPP, PP) and barrier film, the latter is particularly used for food packaging solutions.

Our film packaging machines (shrink wrap, sleeve wrapper bundler, flowpack and inclined vertical) are ideal solutions for industrially packaging food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, industrial and electronic products, amongst many others. Thanks to the different versions available, depending on the product size, different packaging speeds, required performance and varying levels of protection against external agents (IP), i.e. painted or washable (stainless steel) versions, we are able to offer customised solutions to meet our customers’ needs.

Our packaging and wrapping systems support the use of all films currently available on the market, ranging from very thin to very thick, to meet different application needs. We are able to work with a wide range of film types, such as polyolefin (POF), polyethylene (PE-LDPE and HDPE), biodegradable films like PLA or MATER-B, polypropylene (OPP, BOPP, PP) and barrier films, with the latter mainly used for food packaging solutions. The films can be neutral, pre-printed, single-fold or flat foil.

Our film wrappers are able to create different types of packaging, including even shrink-wrapped, pre-cut for an easy opening and those with a Euro Slot, handle or logos and prints. Thanks to our experience and the skills of our technical team, we are able to offer customised solutions for every packaging requirement.”
