Automatic case packers/erectors for packing in pre-glued RSC or HSC American cases with motorized format change.

Side-fill horizontal case packers or top-fill vertical case packers are automatic solutions that work with RSC or HSC pre-glued American-type cases. DM PACK offers an efficient and innovative process for packing single or multipack products in one box via its case packing machines.  Case packing machines automatically open, fill and close the cases.

Adjustments are motorised and automatic, which make format changes easier. The machine opens the case, groups the products by stacking them according to the desired configuration, and places them precisely in the box. The case’s side flaps are sealed with tape.

The machines use a precise pick-and-place system to open and fill various sizes of cases. The cardboard flaps are sealed with tape at the top and bottom.  
The filling process is automatic, thanks to the pick & place system which picks up the products and deposits them precisely inside the case in the vertical insertion system, while in the horizontal insertion system, the products are grouped using stackers and an automatic pusher inserted into the case.

The loading system varies depending on the type of product being packed, but both automatic case packers have a large, operator-accessible case storage area and are robust and compact to ensure operational efficiency and the reduced use of production space.
