DM Pack’s horizontal tray-packer and wraparound machine is a compact and versatile solution for automatic packaging. Its main function is to pick up and form the tray/flat case, then fill it with the pre-grouped products that have been positioned in the desired configuration. The tray packer can be equipped with different loading, grouping and stacking systems, depending on the required performance and type of product.

Once the required configuration has been created, the case is transported to the closing station, where the flaps are sealed and closed with a dab of hot glue, thanks to the “hot melt” system.

The tray-packing machine is available in both intermittent and continuous versions as a means of offering usage options to suit specific requirements.
